How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs will be free as long as the final amount of the order is equal to or greater than 60€, after deducting the use of promotions, coupons or other discounts (if any) only for Peninsular Spain. If you do not reach the amount, the shipping costs for the peninsula will be 5,99€.
At Peninsular Portugal shipping will be free as long as the final amount of the order is equal to or greater than 70€, after discounting the use of promotions, coupons or other discounts (if any). If you do not reach the amount, the shipping costs for mainland Portugal will be 6,99€.
In the case of the Spanish islands (Canary and Balearic Islands) the final amount of the order must be equal to or greater than 140€, after discounting the use of promotions, coupons or other discounts (if any). If you do not reach the amount, the shipping costs for the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands will be 9,98€.
In the case of the Portuguese islands (Madeira and Azores) the final amount of the order must be equal to or greater than 180€, after discounting the use of promotions, coupons or other discounts (if any). If you do not reach the amount, the shipping costs for the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands will be 10,98€.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. In case of return the customer assumes the cost of return to the peninsula. If you wish, you can ask us about our prices for collection.

The delivery time for deliveries on the peninsula is 24/48 working hours for products in stock once payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email with all the details and information of the order.
For the rest of the islands it depends on which island you order from, but deliveries usually take 4 to 10 days. You will receive an email with all the details and order information.
Where does Lua deliver?
Shipping to the whole peninsula (including Portugal) and to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Azores Islands and Madeira Island.
If I am not at the delivery address, how do I proceed?
It is very important to provide the correct destination address. You can always choose the address where you work if you spend your working hours there or another address that is not your home address and someone can pick up your order.
For complex addresses we always advise you to add more details in the order remarks when you are filling in your order details. Any additional data will help the delivery person to make the delivery successfully.
Check the mobile phone number provided so that you can be reached if you are not at the delivery address. You will be notified of the delivery attempt either with a note from the carrier or via email.

How long do I have to pay back?
You can return the item within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The days start from the day you receive your order.
Before processing the return you must contact me at the following e-mail address email@example.com put in the subject line RETURN (+order number)
Because I have to know that your shipment is in return or it could be rejected by mistake.
This economic refund will be made in the same method of payment within a maximum period of 15 days if the article/s are in perfect condition.
If this is not the case, the article arrives to us without its original box or packaging, it will suffer a depreciation and the corresponding amount will be paid according to the state of the product/s. The amount is always to be agreed. If you do not agree. You can come back to pick up your article/s at the same address where you have sent it.
If the item/s are in very bad condition and cannot be offered for sale again, due to wear and tear on your part. The return will not be accepted. If in this case you have already sent the order you should proceed to pick it up at our fiscal address. Or after a suitable period of time we will proceed to dispose of it.
